Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return Eligibility
The return window is 14-days from the date of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging where possible
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at chichub.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Address
Please note that returns are processed through our overseas warehouse and returns facility. Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Customers must obtain return instructions from our support team before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our returns facility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage
Our team will review the information and work with you to find the best solution.
Refunds & Replacements
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or faulty, we may offer:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
We are always happy to assist with replacing damaged items and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund following our investigation.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
